ATTORNEY

Graduated from the School of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 2017. In 2018, he graduated in Intellectual Property Law from the Uppsala University, Sweden, where he obtained a degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.). His diploma theses dealt with the legal protection of domains in relation to the right of indication and with the genuine use of a trademarks.

After graduating from the Uppsala Universtiy, he joined the Law and Patent Office Všetečka, Zelený, Švorčík & Partners in 2018 where he particularly focuses on the enforcement of intellectual property rights including the enforcement of patent rights with respect to medical products and domain disputes.

He is a co-author of the Czech chapter of the publication Chambers Global Practice Guide: Patent Litigation published by Chambers and Partners.
