We prosecute patent applications in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and before the European Patent Office and International Bureau WIPO. This includes consultations with clients, drafting patent applications and replying to examiners’ official actions. In addition, we file requests for nullity as well as requests for declaratory action on patent infringement. Many of our patent attorneys have long-standing experience as former patent examiners at the Patent Office. Our office is equipped with a computer system to ensure reliable docketing of applications and payment of patent annuities.
