Lenka graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Faculty of Law, in 2006 and subsequently in 2007 achieved JUDr. (juris doctorum) degree. During her studies, Lenka spent two terms at the Universität Passau, Faculty of Law, in Germany, where she at the same time worked in a local law office and in 2006 she spent 3 months as a legal assistant in a law office in Manchester, United Kingdom, within Leonardo da Vinci student programm. The LL.M. degree Lenka achieved at the King’s College University London in 2009, where she studied with the focus on European and Anti-Trust Law.

Lenka has been working in our law office since 2006 as a trainee solicitor and since 2010 as an attorney at law.

In her practice Lenka specializes primarily on competition law, unfair competition, anti-money laundering legislation, data protection and labour law.
