Mgr. Barbora Štarková
Graduated from Philosophical Faculty of Charles University in Prague and from the Czech Industrial Property Training Institute. Has been working in the field of industrial property since 2014. She joined the Law and Patent Office Všetečka, Zelený, Švorčík & Partners in 2017. In her practice, she particularly specializes now in intellectual property rights in the field of trademarks and designs.
Professional membership: Chamber of Patent Attorneys of the Czech Republic (registration number 483). From 2019 registered under the number 94092 in the list of Professional Representatives carried by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
