Graduated from the College of Banking (BIVŠ) in the field of study Legal Administration in Business in 2006. Afterwards, she graduated from the Metropolitan University Prague in the field of study International and Regional Relations in Industrial Property in 2008.

 

In 2010, she passed the examination of a Trademark and Design Attorney and was registered under number 408. Since 2019, she has been registered under number 94734 in the list of European Trademark and Design Representatives maintained by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

She has been working in the field of industrial property since 2007 and joined the law and patent office Havlík Švorčík and Partners in 2011.
In her practice, she specializes in trademark proceedings – national trademarks, international registrations and EU trademarks.
